We’re working on some really cool technology that links internet searches and the telephone to help people find what they want, when they want it. Nophonetrees.com is the first public showcase of our technology. We thought it was pretty useful, and apparently a lot of other folks thought so too.

We knew nophonetrees.com was cool, but we did not expect the incredible swell of attention and accolades we have received from so many different folks prior to our release, so we wanted to get some important information out there. Okay, important information:

1. Privacy Policy. The lawyers have the privacy policy for their final review, but we want to state emphatically that WE WILL NOT RESELL OR REUSE phone numbers in any way. We do NOT have any technology that could (or would) monitor conversations, recognize or remember touch-tone digits that you key in (e.g., account numbers). Frankly, it’s none of our business what you are talking about, we have more important things to worry about.
2. What are the more important things we are worried about? Nophonetrees.com is simply the first use of our powerful technology that we have developed linking Internet searches and the telephone to help people find what they want, when they want it. Our big picture and focus is http://www.bringo.com, and we are working on several revolutionary uses of the telephone/web technology that will be announced in the coming months. In the meantime, we released nophonetrees.com as a non-commercial site that leverages our technology, solves one of our pet peeves. In case anyone is curious, we’re basically breaking-even through the google ads on the site.

Thanks for your e-mails, blog entries, Diggs, and votes of support. Watch this space for the full press release on nophonetrees.com next week, and really watch this space for the REVOLUTION in marketing coming this winter as we leverage this cool technology to drive our commercial business http://www.bringo.com. If you want to contact us (the us is Clement Wang and Mark Grazman), feel free to e-mail either of us at clement@bringo.com or mark@bringo.com.

Cheers —

Clement and Mark
